Recreational Soccer On Line Soccer Registration

By registering on our website we can now streamline the registration process and simplify the collection of information that we are required to upload to the Florida Youth Soccer Association. By registering online your application will be prioritized in the order that it is received by date and time. Register early to assure your child's placement on a team. Final player placement and team formation will be at the discression of the SBSC registrar. For more information on how SBSC forms rec teams visit our FAQ page.

  • Fall 2008 Recreational Soccer Registration is $120.
  • If you don't mail in payment along with the parent or legal guardian signed registration form your child will not be registered.

The online registration process involves the following steps:

  1. Fill out the online form on the following page and click the submit button. The information on the top half of the form is required to register your child. The contact information on the bottom half ("Additional Info"..."Parent/Guardian Info") will be used by your child's coach to contact you about your first practice once the teams are formed and throughout the season for reasons such as; notification of game cancellations or rescheduling, etc. Fill out as many of the fields as you think your coach will need.
  2. On the next page, double check that your data was entered correctly then proceed to the form printout page.
  3. Print out the registration form.
  4. Parent/Guardian must print name and sign the form on the line under the Consent for Medical Treatment paragraph.
  5. Make out check payable to SBSC for registration amount.
  6. Include wallet sized photo sized to fit in box on top left of form.
  7. Include a copy of your birth certificate if you have not played soccer with SBSC in the last two years.
  8. Mail in signed registration form, check, photo and copy of birth certificate to SBSC P.O. Box 372615 Satellite Beach, FL 32937. Your registration is not valid until we receive your mailed in materials and payment.
